Jubilee Street Party

I was expecting a short street… This street however took 10 minutes to walk from one end to the other 🙂

It was packed full of fun and games. Face painting, bouncy castles, volleyball, football, “whack the rat”, tug-of-car, make your own ice creams/ burgers, fire engines (to have a look at and play on, not for an actually fire), party games, dancing, bake offs and I’m sure there was even more. It’s a good job I’m a runner as I spent the day running up and down this street as there was so much to shoot.

It’s a good job that the weather was so beautiful but with a neighborhood this imaginative and proactive I’m sure they would have found a solution for even this.
